What is the English Track Program?
The English Track Program is a unique course plan composed of courses conducted fully in English in order to give applicants the opportunity to pursue their studies completely in English throughout their entire schooling at Sejong University. Sejong University currently offers seven undergraduate programs of Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Public Administration, Computer Engineering, Media and Communication, Applied Music and Economics and five graduate program> of MBA, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Asian Studies, Master of Public Administration(MPA) Program and SAS MBA, all Engineering and Science graduate programs basically offer 100% English track degree program.

Leading public administration and policy for sustainable development as a professional leader
Master of Public Administration
Why Public Administration at Sejong University in Seoul, South Korea? Public administration in modern society increasingly becomes a valuable asset of leaders for national development and substantiality. In particular, the Korean government has played a leading role in achieving the successful economic development of the country since the initial stage of nation building. Based on the country's development knowledge and experience, Sejong University offers the new Masters of Public Administration (MPA) program from the spring semester of 2020. The MPA program basically aims to nurture creative experts and professionals in the field of public administration and policy. It focuses on developing not only analytical skills but also problem solving abilities applying public administration theories into practices. It will also make efforts to help our students to acquire high-level qualifications for managing organizations and implementing public policies effectively with various professional-oriented courses. As the program will hold major courses after late afternoon to night, it would be good for students who may have a part-time job in daytime to get the master degree. Also, students will have a choice to finish the program in four semesters taking 24 credits with a thesis or in five semesters taking 30 credits without a thesis. Note that the whole tuition would be the same in the both cases.
In all cases, the MPA students can take advantage of study and live in Seoul - one of the world’s safest and most exciting mega-cities. Leading public administration and policy for sustainable development as a professional leader
Master of Global Affairs
The Graduate School of Public Policy at Sejong University will launch the two-year Master of Global Affiars (MGA) program in Spring of 2022. The main objective of this program is to train and prepare graduate students to prepare for opportunities across the world including the private and public sector as well as international organizations, such as the World Bank Group Korea Office (Korea), the Asia Development Bank (Philippines), the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank (China), and regional branches of the UN agencies. This unique program offers rigorous academic and practical training through lectures, seminars, and thesis/dissertation research with highly qualified scholars and practitioners in various fields. Specifically, the program offers:
1. Distinguished faculty with different expertise in public administration, public policy, economics, international relations, and law
2. Curriculum designed to help students acquire practical skills and knowledge
3. Train students for various international careers
4. Various concentrations to choose from
Program Requirements & Courses Students in the MGA program are required to successfully complete a total of 30 credit hours and pass the comprehensive exam in their penultimate semester. ※ The optional master’s thesis counts for six of these 30 credit hours. Eight courses are designated as Core Courses, with two offered each semester in rotation. In addition to these Core Courses, students can choose from Elective Courses, or courses offered by other graduate programs at Sejong, such as Public Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or the MBA program.
International Accelerated Degree Program between Sejong University and Arizona State University
The academic component of the Program will be implemented and administered in two phases. During Phase I, SU will identify and encourage qualified students to become candidates for the Program. These students will study at SU and complete the first year of their master’s program. SU will notify its students who have achieved the requisite level of performance to qualify for the Program at ASU, and recommend that they apply for the Program pursuant to the application instructions for the appropriate IADP format provided online at https://graduate.asu.edu/iadp
ASU will evaluate these students’ applications and determine their admissibility. The students admitted by ASU will enter Phase II of the Program and continue their studies at ASU for the next year according to the approved curricular Plan of Study (POS). Following completion of the requirements for each degree, a successful student will receive two separate master’s degrees: one from SU, and one from ASU.
