Announcement from Sejong University CISS

Students planning to enroll for 2022 spring can apply for Alien Registration,

Visa Extension and Visa Status Change on campus.

Please refer to our online cloud drive (Click Here) for the required documents, and take note

of the schedule/details below

Ⅰ. Alien Registration

- Application Method: Online Application (Please visit www.kisfvisa.org)

- Schedule:

1) Document submission: 14th March, 2022 (Monday) 9:00 ~ 16th (Wednesday) 23:59

2) Supplimentary submission & Fee payment: 18th March, 2022 (Friday) 14:00 (Applications

for students who do not meet the deadline will be canceled)

- Application fee: Registration 30,000 (KRW) + Commission 11,000 (KRW) = 41,000 (KRW)

Ⅱ. Visa Extension

- Application Method: On campus (Sejong University Global Lounge)

- Schedule: 7th March 2022 (Monday) 9:00~16:30 (Lunch break 12:00~13:00)

안녕하세요, 국제교류센터입니다.

외국인 등록 및 비자연장/체류자격 변경을 위한 비자센터 운영을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

온라인 드라이브 (여기를 클릭하세요)에 업로드 되어있는 필수 서류를 구비하시어 비자센터에 방문 바랍니다.

Ⅰ. 외국인 등록

- 접수방법: 온라인 접수 (웹사이트 www.kisfvisa.org 방문)

- 접수일정:

1) 서류제출: 2022년 3월 14일 (월요일) 9:00 ~ 16일 (수요일) 23:59

2) 서류 보완 및 수수료 입금 : 3/18(금) 14:00까지 (이 때까지 완료되지 않은 학생들은 접수명단제외)

- 접수비용: 외국인등록비 30,000원 + 수수료 11,000원 = 총 41,000원

Ⅱ. 비자기간 연장

- 접수방법: 현장 접수 (세종대학교 글로벌 라운지)

- 접수일정: 2022년 3월 7일 (월요일) 9:00~16:30 (점심시간 12:00~13:00)
