Re-issue of Certificate of Admission for Registered Students


Eligibility: Students who were not in Korea for Spring 2021, and plan to study in Korea for Fall 2021


1. Application Period: 2021.07.12 ~ 2021.07.22


2. Application Method: Online Survey (Link: http://naver.me/xE1ZUqTY)

-If you are planning to come to Korea for the 2nd semester of 2021, make sure to prepare all the required documents before the application period


3. Required Documents:

a. Passport Copy

b. Verification of Deposit (VOD) with a minimum amount of 20,000 USD


*If it is impossible to submit a bank balance certificate in your name, only the balance certificate in your parent's name will be accepted (required to submit a family relationship 

certificate)


**Students planning to receive the visa again in the Fall semester of 2021, should prepare the required documents in advance. Further information regarding the method of application 

will be announced.


***According to the immigration policy, the Certificate of Admission will be issued only after the tuition payment. Payment in installments will not be accepted.


※ IMORTANT Notice for registered students 


1. Only students who have been confirmed to enter Korea in the fall semester of 2021 is eligible to apply CISS cannot individually confirm whether the application has been completed or not.


2. Certificate of Admission will only be issued during the issuing dates, no additional CoAs will be issued before or after the deadline.


(Students requesting the Certificate of Admission after the issuing dates will not be accepted. Please make sure you do not make any last-minute changes to your study plans and check if the embassy in your 

country is operating)


4. Only tuition payment made in full (no installments) will be accepted.


5. Certificate of Admission for students who paid the tuition fee during the additional registration period will not be issued unless requested otherwise by the university (further notice will be announced).


재학생 표준입학허가서 재발급


대상자: 2021학년도 봄학기를 한국이 아닌 외국에서 학기를 마친 학생 중, 2021년 가을학기를 한국에서 공부할 계획이 확정된 유학생


신청기간: 2021.07.12 ~ 2021.07.22


제출서류


1. 여권사본


2. 본인 명의의 은행 잔고 증명서 (20,000 달러 이상)


*본인 명의의 은행 잔고 증명서 제출 불가능할 경우 부모님 명의의 잔고증명서만 인정 (가족관계증명서 제출 필수)


신청방법: 온라인 설문 (링크: http://naver.me/xE1ZUqTY)

- 외국에서 온라인강의 수강 중 2021학년도 2학기에 다시 비자를 받아 한국으로 들어올 예정인 학생은 신청기간 전에 미리 필요서류를 준비.

*출입국 정책에 따라 표준입학허가서는 등록금 납부 확인 후 발급됨.


전체주의사항:


※2021학년도 가을학기 한국 입국이 확정된 재학생만 신청, 신청 완료에 관한 확인 여부는 국제교류센터에서 확인 불가능


※해당기간 외에 사전발급, 혹은 추가발급은 진행하지 않음


※휴학철회 혹은 개강 후 대사관 업무 재개로 인한 표준입학허가서 추가 발급은 불가능함.


※재학생 표준입학허가서 재발행의 경우, 등록금 완납자에 한하여 발행가능. 분납의 경우, 표준입학허가서 재발행 불가능


※추가 등록기간에 등록금을 납부한 학생들은 별도문의 (여권사본, 잔고증명서, 등록금 납부 확인서 첨부해야함) 별도의 문의가 없으면 발급해주지 않음 (추후 재공지예정)
