Return from Leave of Absence (Fall semester 2021) Eligible Students: Students Currently taking a leave of absence. 1. Application Method: Apply on the "Academic Affairs Information System" (UIS) in the "School Register Change" Section. (Click on the "School Register Change Application button) The system will only be activated during the application date. Please check the application date below: 2. Application Date: 2021.06.28 (13:00) ~ 2021.07.04 (15:00) *Timezone: South Korea 3. Required Documents: a. Passport Copy b. Verification of Deposit (VOD). Minimum amount of 20,000 USD c. Method of receiving the Certificate of Admission (refer to attached form) Once you have all the documents prepared, upload them to the following link: http://oia.sejong.ac.kr/contents/oia/cor/foreignfile.html (Update Deadline: 2021.06.28 (13:00) ~ 2021.07.04 (15:00) Timezone: South Korea (Use either Chrome or Internet Explorer when using this link) If any submitted materials contain false information, your return from a leave of absence will be rescinded. If any students who do not return to university after the deadline of their leave period, they will be expelled from the university according to school regulations. ※ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS 1. If students do not apply for during the application period, the Certificate of Admission and Visa will not be completed on time. The CISS office will not check student’s individual apply status, check your UIS application thoroughly. 2. Students who are not planning to return next semester (2021 Fall) must apply for leave of absence extension (last week of July). If the extension for leave of absence is not applied, the student will be expelled due to no return to the school. (further notice will be announced). 3. Leave of absence is possible up to 3 years in total. 4. Certificate of Admission Issuance 4-1) Students who have already paid the tuition fee for Spring 2021, the Certificate of Admission will be issued in the first week of August, 2021 4-2) Students who have to pay the tuition for Fall 2021, the Certificate of Admission will be issued once the payment has been confirmed. (First week of September) *According to the South Korean immigration policy, the Certificate of Admission will only be issued after the tuition payment has been confirmed. *Tuition payment period: 2021.08.23 ~ 2021.08.27 ※ Tuition must be paid using a Korean bank account ※ Only tuition payment made in full (No installments) will be accepted 5. Course Registration - Course Registration Dates: Monday, August 16 2021 ~ Friday, August 20, 2021 a. The Returnee must complete course registration within the designated dates for each individual academic year (Please check ‘Course Calendar’ on the Academic Affair Notifications for the Academic Affairs Service) b. It is highly recommended that students confirm whether he/she needs to retake a specific course and/or it is overlapped by checking courses they already completed before. c. Please know that it is an automatic academic probation to register courses less than the minimum required credits per semester (6 credits; 3 credits for last semester) by the add/drop period. d. Inquiries: Office of Academic Affairs (02-3408-3039)/CISS (02-3408-2620) 2021학년도 가을학기 복학신청 대상자: 2021학년도 봄학기, 휴학을 신청한 자 또는 휴학중이였던 자 복학신청: 학사정보시스템 학적변동신청에서 신청 복학신청기간: 2021.06.28 13:00 ~ 2021.07.04 15:00 까지 *해당 기한이 아니면 학사정보시스템에서 신청 불가능, 신청기간 확인 필수
제출서류: 1. 여권사본 2. 본인 명의의 은행 잔고 증명서 (20,000 달러 이상) *본인 명의의 은행 잔고 증명서 제출 불가능할 경우 부모님 명의의 잔고증명서만 인정 (이 경우, 가족관계 증명서 제출 필수) 3. 표준입학허가서 수령방법 (양식) 상위 서류를 스캔하여 하단의 링크에 업로드 할 것. (http://oia.sejong.ac.kr/contents/oia/cor/foreignfile.html) *업로드가 안되면 크롬 또는 인터넷 익스플로러를 사용하여 접속 ** 제출기한: 2021.06.28 13:00 ~ 2021.07.04 15:00 까지 ※주의사항 1. 2021년 가을학기 복학을 준비하는 유학생은 표준입학허가서와 비자 발급을 위해 반드리 해당 기한 사이에 학사정보시스템에서 복학신청을 해야 함. 신청 완료에 관한 확인여부는 국제교류센터에서 불가능. 직접 시스템에서 확인 할 것. 2. 현재 휴학중인 학생들 중, 2021학년도 가을학기에 복학하기 않는 학생은 2021년 7월 말에 휴학 연장 신청을 완료해야 함. 휴학 연장을 하지 않을 경우 미복학 제적. (추후 휴학신청 관련 공지 게시 예정) 3. 휴학은 최대 3년까지 가능 4. 표준입학허가서 발급: 4-1) 2021-1학기 등록금을 납부 후 휴학한 학생들은 8월 첫째주에 발급예정 4-2) 2021-2학기 등록금을 납부해야 하는 학생들은 등록금 납부 확인 후 9월 첫째주 발급예정 *등록금 납부기한: 2021.08.23 ~ 2021.08.27 ※등록금은 반드시 국내(한국)은행의 계좌를 이용해 납부해야 함 ※복학신청자의 경우, 등록금 완납 원칙. 분납 시 표준입학허가서 발행 불가 ※출입국 정책에 따라 표준입학허가서는 등록금 납부 확인 후 발급됨. |
