[Urgent Notice] Class & Exam Operation Spring semester 2021 (4/26) The spread of Covid-19 infection continues to surge and the number of confirmed cases in schools is also increasing. Therefore, our university has decided to change the 2021-1 semester class operation as follows for the safety of students and professors. 1. Midterm Exam Operation ■ All midterm exams switched to online (as recommended) - All in class, face-to-face midterm exams from week 9 (4.27.(Tue) ~ 4.30.(Fri)) will be switched to online tests If due to inevitable circumstances midterm exams have to be taken in class, please refer the ‘notice to face-to-face exam’ attached and follow the guidelines provided in the notice. If additional classrooms are needed to comply with the safety guidelines, please send your application via e-mail to (academy@sejong.ac.kr) ■ Changes to midterm grading period - Midterm grading: 4.24. (Sat) ~ 5.12. (Wed) / Previous: 4.24.(Sat) ~ 5.5.(Wed) - Midterm grade corrections: 5.6.(Thurs) ~ 5.25.(Tue) / Previous: 5.6.(Thurs) ~ 5.18.(Tue) - Final Midterm grading: 5.19.(Wed) ~ 5.27.(Thurs) / Previous: 5.19.(Wed) ~ 5.20.(Thurs) 2. Class Operation (Applies to both undergraduate / graduate schools) ■ All classes during week 9 & 10 (4.27.(Tue) ~ 5.10.(Mon)) will be done online ■ Class operations from week 11: To Be Announced ※ Enquiry -Undergraduate: 02-3408-3041 -Graduate: 02-3408-3043 [긴급]2021학년도 1학기 수업운영 안내(4/26) 코로나19 감염 확산이 지속적으로 급증하고 교내 확진자 또한 증가하고 있는 상황입니다. 이에 우리대학은 방역지침을 준수하고 학생 및 교수자의 안전을 위해 2021-1학기 수업 운영을 아래와 같이 변경하여 시행하고자 합니다. 1. 중간고사 시험 진행 ■ 전면 온라인 시험으로 전환(권장) - 9주차(4.27.(화) ~ 4.30.(금))에 대면 시험 예정 강좌의 경우 온라인 시험으로 전환 ※ 부득이 대면 시험 일정대로 시행해야 할 경우 보건실에서 발송한 ‘대면시험관련 안내사항(2021. 4.23)’을 반드시 준수하여 시행(첨부 1. 참조)하며, 방역지침 준수를 위해 추가 강의실이 필요한 경우 수업과 메일(academy@sejong.ac.kr)로 신청 ■ 중간고사 성적 관련 기간 연장 - 중간고사 성적 입력기간 : 4.24.(토) ~ 5.12.(수) / 변경 전 : 4.24.(토) ~ 5.5.(수) - 중간고사 성적 정정기간 : 5.06.(목) ~ 5.25.(화) / 변경 전 : 5.06.(목) ~ 5.18.(화) - 중간고사 성적 마감 : 5.19.(수) ~ 5.27.(목) / 변경 전 : 5.19.(수) ~ 5.20.(목) 2. 수업 진행(학부/대학원 공통) ■ 9~10주차(4.27.(화) ~ 5.10.(월)) : 모든 강좌 온라인 수업으로 진행 (온라인수업 운영 안내는 첨부 2. 참조) ■ 11주차 이후 : 코로나19 감염 추이에 따라 추가 안내 예정 ※ 문의 -학부: 02-3408-3041 -대학원: 02-3408-3043 |
