2020 COVID-19 Special Scholarship Payment Information

 

Sejong university is planning to provide a ‘Corona Special Scholarship’ as below in order to relieve any burden on students who were unable to study stably due to the financial difficulties from Corona 19 in year 2020. This will be helpful to many students, so be sure to refer to them and apply within the deadline.

1. Scholarship name : Corona special scholarship(support tuition fee)

 

2. Eligibility : 2020-1 semester enrolled students (including those with exceeded semester and foreign students)

 

3. Scholarship amount : 300,000 won per person

- amount within the range of tuition based on the 2020-1 semester are given

※ Those who are expected to take a leave of absence will be automatically transferred to the next semester

(Based on 2020-1 semester)

 

2020-1 Cash payment (planned at the end of August 20)

-Student’s bankbook given

-Student loan users will be repaid with a 20-1 loan (Academic subsidy is paid in a bankbook)

5. Online application process (limited to the above cash payment recipients)

① How to apply

: Log in to the academic information system> Manage my information and apply for a certificate > Manage personal information > Enter account number> Save and complete

② Application period: Adhere to the deadline until August 22, 2020

※ Since it is not possible to extend the period, if you do not apply within the deadline, you cannot receive the scholarship!!!

 

 

6. Excluded target

-Excluding full scholarship students, leave of absence/withdrawal/dismissal from 2020-1 semester

-Excluding full scholarship beneficiaries such as national (Humanities, Arts, Science and Engineering, Hope Ladder, Veterans), on-campus, off-campus, etc.
