Guide to Return from Semester leave 1. Application for return from semester leave: Apply through the School Register Change Application on the students academic affairs system 2. Application timeline : June 29 to July 10, 2020 3. Required Documents : Upload the below documents on http://oia.sejong.ac.kr/contents/oia/cor/foreignfile.html (if you fail to upload on chrome, please try it again on other browsers such as explorer) ① Copy of Passport ② Applicant's Verification of deposit (VOD) of a minimum of USD 20,000 ③ How to receive the certificate of admission (form) ※ Important Information 1. International students are required to apply from June 29 to July 10, 2020. If you don’t apply for this period, you cannot get the Certificate of Admission and Visa on time. 2. Students who are not returning from semester leave must apply for leave of absence extension. If the extension for leave of absence is not applied, the student will be expelled due to no return to the school. 3. Leave of absence is possible up to 3 years 4. Leave of absence extension : last week of July 5. Certificate of Admission Issuance - Those who took leave of absence after tuition payment (tuition transfered to Spring semester to Fall semester) : Early August - Those who took leave of absence withouth tutition payement : after tution payment * tution payment period : August 24-August 29 |
