*** 출입국 정책에 따라 표준입학허가서는 등록금 납부 확인 후 발급됩니다. 자퇴 등의 사유로 제적된 자 중 재입학을 희망하는 학생은 아래와 같이 신청하시기 바랍니다. ※ 코로나19의 전염병 확산을 예방하기 위하여, 2020-2학기 재입학 접수를 비대면으로 진행합니다. - 아 래 - 1. 재입학자격 : 자퇴, 미등록, 미복학, 성적불량(전과목 F, 학사경고 연속 3회) 등으로 제적된 자(단, 성적 불량의 경우 제적 1년 경과 후 재입학 신청이 가능함) 2. 재입학제한 : 성행불량징계 제적자 및 1학년 1학기 중 자퇴자, 재입학 후 제적된 자는 재입학이 불가함 3. 신청기간 : 2020년 6월 1(월) ~ 6월 12일(금) 4. 재입학허가 : 편제정원에 여석이 있을 때 허가하며, 여석산정은 3,4학년의 모집단위별 제적자수를 재입학 인원으로 산정함(단, 재적당시의 학과/부가 폐과/부 되었을 경우 유사한 인접학과/부로 재입학을 허가할 수 있음) 5. 신청절차 (비대면으로 변경) 가. 재입학원서 교부(홈페이지 재입학안내 공지에서 다운로드) 나. 재입학원서 작성 후 도장 날인(본인) 다. 재입학원서 스캔본과 성적증명서를 학적과 이메일(reg@sejong.ac.kr)로 제출 ※ 이후 절차(학과장/학장 도장 날인 및 국제교류센터 확인)는 학적과에서 진행함 6. 제출서류 : 재입학원서(첨부파일 참조), 성적증명서, 잔고증명서(외국인에 한함) 각 1부 => 재입학원서에 본인도장 날인(또는 사인) 7. 서류제출처 : 학적과 이메일(reg@sejong.ac.kr) 8. 합격자 발표 : 2020년 7월 10일(금) 예정(개별 문자 통보) 9. 수강신청 : 2020 8월 17일(월) ~ 8월 20일(목) 10. 등록금납부기간 : 2020년 8월 24일(월) ~ 8월 28일(금) 11. 참고사항 가. 재입학은 1회에 한함 재입학이 취소됨 다. 재입학 첫 학기에는 일반휴학이 불가함 확인 바람 마. 이미 교직과정을 이수했던 자가 재입학한 학과에 교직과정이 설치되어 있지 않을 때는 교직과정을 이수할 수 없고, 다만 이미 취득한 교직과목의 학점은 교양 선택 과목의 학점으로 인정할 수 있음 바. 군사학과 학생은 원칙적으로 재입학할 수 없음 단, 6학기 이상 이수한 학생이 제적된 경우 재입학을 허용할 수 있음 사. 문의처 : 학적과(재입학 담당 : 02-3408-3039) 세종대학교 교무처장 Notification on Readmission for Fall 2020 (Due to the COVID-19 situation, applications will be registered through email.)
For any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university, failing grades (all F’s, 3 (three) consecutive academic probations), or due to unavoidable circumstances, please apply for readmission if you would like to get readmitted to the university for the fall semester 2020. - Notes - 1. Eligibility: Any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university, failing grades (all F’s, 3 (three) consecutive academic probations) ※ in case of failing grades, readmission is allowed one year after the time of expulsion. 2. Restriction: Any students who were both disciplined and expelled from school due to misconduct and dropped out of school at their first semester are not allowed to be readmitted. 3. Application Period: Monday, June 1, 2020 ~ Friday, June 12, 2020 4. Permission: Readmission is permitted only when there are remaining spots `in the number of university students. The number of expelled students in the 3rd and 4th academic year by department/major is calculated into the space for readmission. ※ If the department you were expelled from closed, you may be readmitted into a similar department. 5. Procedure(e-mail registration) 1) Application form for readmission distribution (Download the form from the notification on readmission page on the SJU homepage) 2) Fill out the form and sign it(student) 3) Scan the signed form and submit it through email, along with transcript and balance certificate. (Office of the Registrar email : reg@sejong.ac.kr) -> Further procedure (Obtaining a signature from the head professor of student’s own department/Dean of college) will be handled by the Office of the Registrar. 6. Required documents: Application form for readmission (Attachment), Transcript, Balance certificate (one of each)
7. Document submission: reg@sejong.ac.kr (Office of the Registrar) 8. Announcement on successful candidates: Friday, July 10 2019 (Expected) (Only successful candidates will be contacted.) 9. Course registration period: Monday, August 17 2020 ~ Thursday, August 20, 2020 => The dates differ each academic year, so it is highly recommended that students check their academic year. 10. Tuition payment period: Monday, August 24, 2020 ~ Friday, August 28, 2020. 11. Notes - Please know that the readmission is permitted only 1 (one) time. - Any students whose readmission is permitted must complete course registration and tuition payment within the designated dates. If they do not pay the tuition fees, their readmission might be cancelled. - A general leave of absence is not allowed in the first semester of readmission. ** Inquiries: Office of the Registrar (02-3408-3039)
