Announcement from CISS Students can apply for Alien Registration, Visa Extension, and Change of Visa Status as follows. Please refer to the attached file and visit the visa center according to the schedule below. 1. Date: April 24th (Friday) 10 am – 12 pm / 1 pm – 4 pm 2. Venue: Global Lounge, 2nd floor, Student Union Building (학생회관) *Please wait at the outdoor open space (in front of Student Union Building) beforehand. 3. Applicants: Alien Registration (for newcomers), visa extension, and change of visa status *Only those who entered Korea before April 10th can join. (Those who arrived on/after April 10th must self-quarantine for 14 days.) *Make sure to bring document that proves your arrival date (flight ticket, stamps on passport, Immigration Fact Confirmation, etc.) *In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all applicants should wait outside the building to be serviced. Please be aware of longer waiting hours than usual. *Students are allowed to enter Global Lounge only after their arrival date and body temperature are checked. |
