1. Time: April 6 (Mon) ~ Aprin 7(Tue) from 10am 12pm/1pm~ 4pm 2. Venue : Global Lounge, 2nd place of Students Union Building Waiting place: outdoor open space/in front of Student Union Building entrance *In order to prevent coronavirus spread and avoid crowds, all applicants should wait outside the building to be serviced. Please be aware of longer waiting hours than usual. * students who passed 14 days after arrival and the body temperature check will be allowed into the Global Lounge for the serive. 3. Applicants : Alien Registration (New Students) and Visa Status Change *Applicants should have entered Korea before March 23, 2020 .Those who arrived on and after March 23 should be on self-isolation. * bring any document to prove your arrival date : E- ticket, stamps on passport, Immigration Fact confirmation and so on 4. Required documents: refer to the attached(in Korean, English, Chinese) 1. 시간 : 4월 6일(월)~4.7(화) 10:00-12:00/ 1:00-4:00 2. 장소 : 학생회관 2층 글로벌라운지 대기장소 : 학생회관 입구 앞 야외 공간 *코로나 19 예방을 위해 최대한 실내 밀접 접촉을 피하고 실외 공간에서 대기합니다. 대기시간이 길어질 수 있음을 양해 바랍니다. * 입국 후 14일이 경과하고, 발열체크 후 이상이 없는 학생만 글로벌라운지로 입장가능합니다. 3. 지원자 : 외국인 등록(신입생, 복학생 등) 과 체류자격 변경 *모든 외국인 유학생은 입국 후 2주간 자가격리를 해야 합니다. 3.23일 이전에 한국에 입국한 학생만 외국인등록과 체류자격 변경 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. * E-Ticket, 검역확인서, 여권도장, 출입국 확인서 등 입국일을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 가져야와야 합니다. 4. 구비서류 : 별첨 |
