Guide on Withdrawal of Enrollment for Graduate School

Hello, this is Sejong University CISS.

 

For those newcomers of graduate school who are willing to withdraw their enrollment, the application for enrollment withdrawal must be made by March 22nd (Sun).

 

Kindly fill out the attached application form for enrollment withdrawal, and send it to intadmission@sejong.ac.kr with a copy of your banknote (if you have a Korean bank account) or overseas remittance application form (in case of foreign bank account).

(Please note that refund is made only when the student is the owner of the bank account.)

 

Full refund of the tuition fee will be made to those who apply for the withdrawal by March 22nd, so please make sure to send it in on time. Refund will be made approximately 1 month after the beginning of the semester.

 

For your information, those who have already applied for a leave of absence are not able to apply for the withdrawal of enrollment.
