복학안내문 1. 복학신청 : 학사정보시스템 학적변동신청에서 신청 2. 신청기간 : 2019.12.21(토)~12.26(목) 3. 제출서류 : 12.26일까지 intadmission@sejong.ac.kr로 제출 ① 여권사본 ② 본인 명의의 은행 잔고 증명서(20,000 달러 이상) ③ 주소(양식) ※ 주의사항 1. 외국인 유학생은 표준입학허가서와 비자 발급을 위해 2019.12.21(토)~12.26(목) 사이에 반드시 복학신청을 하여야 함. 2. 복학하지 않는 학생은 1월말에 휴학 연장을 신청하여야 함. 휴학연장을 신청하지 않을 경우 미복학 제적됨 3. 휴학은 최대 3년까지 가능 4.휴학연장신청 : 1월말(별도 공지) Guide to Return from Semester leave 1. Application for return from semester leave: Apply through the School Register Change Application on the students academic affairs system 2. Application timeline : Monday, December 21 to December 26, 2019 3. Required Documents : Submit Until December 26, 2019 on intadmission@sejong.ac.kr ① Copy of Passport ② Applicant's Verification of deposit (VOD) of a minimum of USD 20,000 ③ Address (attached format) ※ Important Information 1. International students are required to apply from Monday, December 21 to December 26, 2019 (Fri). If you don’t apply for this period, you cannot get the Certificate of Admission and Visa on time. 2. Students who are not returning from semester leave must apply for leave of absence extension. If the extension for leave of absence is not applied, the student will be expelled due to no return to the school. 3. Leave of absence is possible up to 3 years 4. Leave of absence extension : last week of January 复学申请通知 1. 复学申请 : 学士情报系统学籍变动申请 2. 申请期间 : 2019.12.21~12.26 3. 提交材料 : 12.26日截止。发送至 intadmission@sejong.ac.kr ① 护照复印件 ② 本人名义的银行存款证明(20,000美金以上) ③ 地址(填写表格) |
