Notification on Readmission for Spring 2020(foreigner)

2020-1학기 재입학 안내(외국인)

 

자퇴 등의 사유로 제적된 자 중 재입학을 희망하는 외국인 학생은 아래와 같이 신청하시기 바랍니다.

 

아 래

 

1. 재입학자격 : 자퇴, 미등록, 미복학, 성적불량(전과목 F) 등으로 제적된 자(단, 성적불량의 경우 제적 1년 경과 후 재입학 신청이 가능함)

2. 재입학제한 : 성행불량징계 제적자 및 1학년 1학기 중 자퇴자, 재입학 후 제적된 자는 재입학이 불가함

3. 신청기간 : 2019년 12월 2(월) ~ 12월 13일(금)

4. 재입학허가 : 편제정원에 여석이 있을 때 허가하며, 여석산정은 3,4학년의 모집단위별 제적자수를 재입학 인원으로 산정함(단, 재적당시의 학과/부가 폐과/부 되었을 경우 유사한 인접학과/부로 재입학을 허가할 수 있음)

8. 참고사항

- 재입학은 1회에 한함
- 재입학이 허가된 자에 한하여 정해진 기간 내에 수강신청 및 등록을 필해야 하며, 미등록 시 재입학이

취소됨

- 재입학 첫 학기에는 일반휴학이 불가함
- 재입학원서 작성 후 국제교류센터, 본인의 학과/부(전공) 조교실에서 학과장의 도장을 받고, 단대별 학 장 조교실에서 학장의 도장을 받은 후 학적과에 제출함
- 엇 학기로 지원하는 학생의 경우, 수강신청 등 졸업관리에 지장이 있을 수 있으니 반드시 사전에 확인 바람

- 이미 교직과정을 이수했던 자가 재입학한 학과에 교직과정이 설치되어 있지 않을 때는 교직과정을 이수 할 수 없고, 다만 이미 취득한 교직과목의 학점은 교양 선택 과목의 학점으로 인정할 수 있음

Notification on Readmission for Spring 2020(foreigner)

 

For any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university, failing grades (all F’s) or due to unavoidable circumstances, please apply for readmission if you would like to get readmitted to the university for the Spring 2020.

- Notes -

1. Eligibility: Any students who were expelled from the university for the reasons of either voluntary withdrawal, non-registration, not returning to the university, failing grades (all F’s) ※ in case of failing grades, readmission is allowed one year after the time of expulsion.

2. Restriction: Any students who were both disciplined and expelled from school due to misconduct and dropped out of school at their first semester are not allowed to be readmitted.

3. Application Period: monday, December 2, 2019 ~ Friday, December 13, 2019

4. Procedure

Fill out the form and sign it (student)

→

Obtain a signature from the head professor of student’s own department/Dean of college/CISS

→

Submit the completed readmission form

(Office of the Registrar)

5. Required documents: Application form for readmission (see the Attachment), Transcript (one of each), Certificate of Balance(more than $20,000 under your name)

6. Document submission: Office of the Registrar (Room#204, Student Center / Tel.: 02-3408-3036) / (Open: 10:00A.M ~ 4:00P.M.)

7. Notes

- Please be informed that the readmission is permitted only 1 (one) time.

- Any students whose readmission is permitted must complete course registration and tuition payment within the designated dates. If they do not pay the tuition fees, their readmission might be cancelled.

- A general leave of absence is not allowed in the first semester of readmission.

- Please fill out the application form for readmission, obtain a signature from the head professor of the department and dean of the college, CISS and finally submit the completed form to the Office of the Registrar.
