We are recruiting students as follows who will be moving in Happy Dormitory for the second semester of 2019. 1. Eligibility (1) Eligibility : Foreign "Undergraduate" students (2) Availability Dormitory : Happy Dormitory 2. Number of Students To Be Selected (New Students Have Priority) - 000 Students 3. How to find your Student ID Number - PDF file attached on SJU website or CISS notice board 4. How to Apply - Period of Stay : August 29th 2019(THU) ~ February 16th 2020(SUN) - Period of Move-in : August 29th 2019(THU) ~ September 2nd 2019(MON) 09:00AM ~ 17:00PM ※ Move-in during the weekend is allowed only within the designated dates, and not allowed during weekend and public holidays after this period ※ Move-in should be made no later than 17:00PM daily ※ For details, please refer to "How to apply SJU Dormitory" attachment

Application Schedule - Online Application Period : July 30th 2019(TUE) 10:00AM ~ August 12th 2019(MON) 17:00PM - Date of Successful Applicant Announcement : August 21th 2019(WED) 17:00PM ~ - Payment Period : to be announced later ※ Both Freshmen and Enrolled students share same application schedule 6. Announcement of Selected Applicants - http://board.sejong.ac.kr/boardlist.do (Korean) - http://eng.sejong.ac.kr/contents/eng/cor/internationalaffairs.html (English) The result will be announced on the website and e-mailed individually. 7. Required Documents for Selected Applicants (1) A copy of passport-sized photo (2) Passport or an Alien Registration Card (3) Health Certificate (TB test, Hepatitis B test) (4) Korean bankbook photocopy 8. ※ Refund Policy (1) Leaving the dormitory 'within' 30 days after the date of entry - Refund after the deduction of 10% of the remaining dormitory fee + Deposit (2) Leaving the dormitory 'after' 30 days after the date of entry - Refund after the deduction of 30% of the remaining dormitory fee + Deposit (3) Deposit refund withing 30 days after the period of stay (4) No penalty for the applicant who submitted documents for leaving the school due to illness, drop-out or general leave of absence. ※ Dormitory fee for Fall 2019 may be increased before the dormitory check-in 9. Facility Information - 1 minute distance from the rear gate of Sejong University(across from the crosswalk) - Personal bed, desk and air-conditioner are provided - Indoor toilet and bathroom are equipped - Free Internet and Wi-fi are provided - Shared kitchen, Shared laundry room are equipped - 24/7 security guard 10.
