학교에서 제공되는 각종 공지 및 연락은 대부분 이메일로 이루어집니다. 그러나 외국인 학생들이 해외에서 생성한 이메일 계정은 메일발송이 실패되는 경우가 많고, 자주 이메일을 확인하지 않는 경우가 많습니다. 중요한 학교 공지 및 연락을 원활하게 전달하기 위하여 학교 이메일을 일괄적으로 생성하였습니다. Most of important notices and contacts are provided by emails. However, we understand many international students do not receive emails from the school due to systematical errors or sometimes students do not check emails regularly. In order to provide important notices and contacts efficiently and effectively, we have made a school email address for all international students. 1. 메일 계정: id@sju.ac.kr 1. Email address: id@sju.ac.kr ※ (재학생) ID 는 학사정보시스템에 기록된 이메일로 별도 안내 예정이며, 확인되지 않는 경우 학과 사무실을 방문하여 확인하시기 바랍니다. 초기 비밀번호는 생년월일(YYYYMMDD)입니다. ※ (Students admitted before fall 2016) User ID will be provided to your current email address which is recorded in the Academic Affairs System(학사정보시스템), or you can check it in your department office. Initial password is birth date(YYYYMMDD).
※ (2016-2학기 신입생) ID 는 오리엔테이션에서 안내되었으며, 초기 비밀번호는 생년월일(YYYYMMDD)입니다. ※ (Students admitted in fall 2016) User ID was provided to each student in the orientation session, and initial password is birth date(YYYYMMDD). ※ 초기 비밀번호는 반드시 변경해야 합니다. ※ Please change your initial password after the first login. 2. 메일 URL: portal.office.com 2. Email URL: portal.office.com 3. 학과 및 행정부서에서 확인할 수 있도록, 학사정보시스템에서 본인의 이메일 주소를 안내해드린 위의 id@sju.ac.kr 로 변경해야 합니다. 학사정보시스템에서 이메일 주소 변경 방법은 첨부된 안내문 참조. 3. Students MUST change their email address to id@sju.ac.kr in the Academic Affairs System (학사정보시스템) so that departments and admin offices can know it. Please check the attached guideline for change of email address in the system. 4. 언어제공: 사용하는 컴퓨터의 Browser 의 언어환경에 따릅니다. 4. Language: Language used in the mail system is dependent to the browser’s language preference setting. 5. 탈퇴: 자퇴, 졸업 등의 경우 자동 탈퇴 처리됩니다. 5.
