☁ 2024 Sejong University Grand Festival "Sejong Zone" Notice ☁ We operate the 'Sejong Zone' to ensure that all members of the campus community can enjoy the stage. Those who are not designated as the target audience for the Sejong Zone are kindly requested to enter the 'General Zone' as entry to the Sejong Zone is not permitted for them.
✨ Sejong Zone Guide ✨ ✔ Eligibility: Approximately 7,500 members of the Sejong University community * Includes current students, those on leave of absence, completed students, graduate students, faculty, students of international education center and lifelong education center ✔ Period: From May 29th (Wednesday) to May 31st (Friday) starting at 12:00 PM ✔ Entry Location: Entrance of the schoolyard ✔ Procedure: Entry permitted after verifying mobile student ID at the entrance (Additional verification may be required if necessary)
✨ General Zone Guide ✨ ✔ Eligibility: No restrictions * Open to all members of the Sejong University community and external visitors ✔ Period: From May 29th (Wednesday) to May 31st (Friday) starting at 12:00 PM ✔ Entry Location: Entrance of the schoolyard ✔ Procedure: Entry permitted on a first-come, first-served basis at the entrance
✔ Notes * There is only one entrance to the stage, located at the entrance of the schoolyard, in front of the Daeyang AI Center. * Exiting the stage during the performance is allowed, but re-entry to the Sejong Zone requires presenting the mobile student ID. * Completed students must also bring "documentation proving completion" along with their mobile student ID for verification. “ex. Certificate of completion” * Entry for Sejong Zone may be restricted if the it exceeds capacity due to safety reasons. (Re-entry may be allowed at the discretion of the organizer if capacity permits.) * In case of capacity being exceeded in the Sejong Zone, entry to the General Zone for external visitors will be restricted, with priority given to Sejong University community members. * External visitors are not allowed in the Sejong Zone. * Any behavior that disrupts others' enjoyment of the event is strictly prohibited, and will be requested to leave. * For the safety of all attendees, bag checks will be conducted before entry. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated for a safer and more comfortable event experience. For details, please refer to the list of prohibited items. * Fences will be installed between the schoolyard and the basketball court for safety reasons due to a difference in elevation. * During Psy's performance, water cannons will be used, so please be careful of keeping your belongings not getting wet and consider bringing spare clothes or a raincoat if necessary.
