☁2024 Sejong University Grand Festival "Youth, Romance: 2024 in SEJONG" Overview☁ To enjoy the most out of "Youth, Romance: 2024 in SEJONG," here's a summary of what you need to know! Will be held for 3 days from May 29th, make sure to read the following post and card news and meet in the middle of "Youth and Romance" 🙂
✔️Dress Code The dress code for this year's Grand Festival is "RED"! Let's color "Youth, Romance: 2024 in SEJONG" in red 🙂
✔️Operations Headquarters ▶ Location: Opposite the schoolyard ▶ Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM When you have lost items, need urgent assistance, have questions, or if there's any emergency on campus, come to the Operations Headquarters! *Official Student Council SNS inquiry hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
✔️Stage Viewing Guide ▶ Sejong Zone Eligibility: Sejong University community members, first-come-first-served basis for 7,500 people * Current students, those on leave of absence, completed students, graduate students, faculty, students of international education center and lifelong education center ▶ Sejong Zone Entry Process: Entry after verifying mobile student ID at the entrance ▶ Entry Period: May 29th (Wed) to May 31st (Fri) at 12:00 PM ▶ Entry Location: Entrance of schoolyard ▶ Notes: * In case of capacity being exceeded in the Sejong Zone, entry to the General Zone for external visitors will be restricted, with priority given to Sejong University community members. * External visitors (graduates, Sejong cyber university students, etc.) cannot enter the Sejong Zone. * Bags will be checked before entry for a safe and comfortable experience. Your cooperation is appreciated for a safer and more enjoyable experience.
✔️Day/Evening Booth Operating Hours ▶ Day Booths: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for autonomous operation ▶ Evening Booths: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (until 2:00 AM on the 3rd day)
✔️MD Sales ▶ Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM ▶ Location: Sejong University main gate MD booth ▶ Items: Slogan (₩4,000), Bandana (₩3,500), Tattoo Sticker (₩3,000) Stock for each item may be sold out early, and only card payments and bank transfers are accepted.
✔️Staff If you have any questions while enjoying the festival, feel free to ask the STAFF wearing the staff clothes!
✔️Guidelines ① For Clean Festival To ensure a pleasant festival, please dispose of trash in designated bins by recycling them. Bringing in external trash and littering are strictly prohibited during the Grand Festival. Only operators are allowed to use the sinks installed to prevent blockage. Please be cautious not to inconvenience others due to excessive drinking or vomiting. ② Food inside the Booths The use of fire and cooking within the evening booths is prohibited during the Sejong University festival. Food is provided by food trucks and the booths, and bringing in external food, such as delivery or takeout, is prohibited.
Additionally, in accordance with the regulations, the sale of alcoholic beverages within the evening booths is strictly prohibited. For those who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages during the festival, please use the CU convenience store on campus or external supermarkets and convenience stores. * Only PET bottles and cans are allowed for alcoholic beverages. ③ External Visitors Stage Viewing Guide "Youth, Romance: 2024 in SEJONG" does not sell wristbands or tickets. External visitors who wish to watch the stage may experience restricted entry due to limited viewing areas.
④ Official Student Council SNS Inquiry Hours During the festival, additional staff will be stationed on campus for a safer and more enjoyable experience. While we may not be able to respond as quickly due to increased inquiries on the day of the festival, we will make every effort to provide prompt assistance. * Official Student Council SNS inquiry hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
