The 83rd Commencement Ceremony
Congratulations on your graduation and we wish you all the best in the future. The 83rd commencement ceremony will be held as follows, so please attend the ceremony accordingly.
1. Date and place A. Date: February 14, 2025 (Fri) 10:00 B. Place: Daeyang Hall
2. For who: Those who are expected to graduate in February 2025 and their families
3. Distributing Degree certificate and case: Department office after the ceremony * Must receive them within 6 months from graduation; cannot be reissued if lost
4. Important Notice A. Please enter the ceremony by 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Please note that admission is not possible once the ceremony is started. B. Those who are going to receive a degree should sit in the seat on the 1st floor of Daeyang Hall with the university sign, and parents should sit in the parents' seat on the 2nd floor. C. Please note that individual commemorative photos cannot be taken during the graduation ceremony. D. You cannot leave during the graduation ceremony. Please remain in your seat until the graduation ceremony is over and show your respect for your colleagues.
5. Graduation Gown Rental Service A. For who: **Undergraduates** who have not made a request in advance B. When: Friday, February 14, 2025, 9:00 to 16:00 (not available for rent if the uniform is exhausted) C. How to rent: Go to Room 401 (Student Council) of the Student Union Building → Submit a physical identification card (driver's license or ARC under the student’s name) → Write a consent form and a return pledge form D. How to return: Student Union Buillding 6th floor until 18:00 on February 14, 2025 E. Inquiries: Student Council 02-3408-3364, Instagram @sejong_student
6. Parking - February 14 from 10 AM. to 3 PM; free of charge when leaving the main gate - No parking at Daeyang AI Center Dean of Academic Affairs, Sejong University |
