1. Eligibility
1) Happy: Undergraduate Students
2) Saimdang: Graduate Students(female only)
3) Off-campus Housing: Undergraduate and Graduate Students(current students)
4) Family Room: Graduate Students with a family
5) Application is restricted for students who failed to abide by the dormitory rules in
the previous semesters.
6) Dormitory application is for currently enrolled students in Fall 2017(students on a
leave of absence, who have completed the program or graduated cannot apply)
2. Application Period: July 14 (Fri) - July 26 (Wed), 2017 by 4PM
3. Announcement of Selected Applicants: Check your account at Sejong Portal after
5 PM, August 2(Wed), 2017 and print out your invoice
4. Payment Period: August 7 (Monday) - August 11 (Friday), 2017 between 9 AM and 4 PM
※ You can wire transfer or pay at the bank within the designated period/hours
※ If you fail to make the payment by the due date, your room assignment will be
automatically cancelled.
5. How to Apply
1) Go to portal.sejong.ac.kr
2) Log in with your ID(student ID number)/PW(8 digits of date of birth YYYYMMDD)
3) 일반행정정보시스템 - Service For Student(학생서비스) - Dormitory(기숙사 및 사택) -
Dormitory
Application(입주관리) - Apply(신청관리)
※ Please refer to attached the guideline.
※ You can change your language setting by clicking on the "settings" button on top of
the page.
※ Please choose "new" or "extension" depending on your application status.
4) Print out the invoice and complete the payment
