How to Rent Graduation Gown & Stole 1. For: Undergraduate students graduating on 16th February, 2024 2. Application period: 2024.02.01(Thu.) 18:00 ~ 2024.02.07(Wed.) 23:59 A. Graduation Gown 1) How to Rent: - Apply during above application period(link: https://forms.gle/DcGWJNzUyafVRedNA). - Bring physical ID card(driver's license or ARC) and Deposit(KRW 50,000) and visit Room 401, Student Union Building during below receipt period. - Fill out the personal information use consent form and return pledge. 2) How to Return: - Return your gown to the 6th floor of the Student Union Building by 18:00 on Friday, 16th February, 2024. - Visit Room 401, Student Union Building to receive your ID card and Deposit. 3) Receipt Period(Time: 10:30~18:00) - 13th February: College of Engineering, Liberal Arts, Arts and Physical Education - 14th Feburary: College of Hotel and Tourism, Business and Economics, Social Sciences(including Faculty of Law), Electronics and Information Engineering - 15th February: College of Software Convergence, Natural Sciences, Life Sciences 4) If there are remaining gowns, students can also rent on the day of the graduation ceremony(from 10:00 ~ 16:00). B. Stole 1) How to Rent - Apply during above application period(link: https://forms.gle/hdsdXvuHHGkfuEnT9). - Bring physical ID card(driver's license or ARC) and Deposit(KRW 30,000) and visit Room 401, Student Union Building on the day of graduation ceremony. - Fill out the personal information use consent form and return pledge. 2) How to Return - Time A: Return your stole to the 6th floor of the Student Union Building by 14:00 on Friday, 16th February, 2024. - Time B: Return your stole to the 6th floor of the Student Union Building by 18:00 on Friday, 16th February, 2024. - Visit Room 401, Student Union Building to receive your ID card and Deposit. C. Photo Zone Event 1) Date and time: 10:00 ~ 18:00 on Friday, 16th February, 2024 2) Venue: Front gate, Aejiheon, Lawn in front of Student Union Building ✔Cautions - Number of gowns and stoles are limited.
